Modular transfer system solutions
- There are many possibilities to combine the TECHTORY-transfer-system with the TECHTORY modular automation system, thanks to its configurability
- The standardized individual components can be individually configured to form a transfer line
- Depending on the requirements, a choice can be made between a belt conveyor or an accumulating roller chain. The same basic profile is used for both variants. Therefore every system configuration is possible
- A transport weight of up to 100 kg is possible, depending on the number of workpiece carriers to the transport line
- The maximum length of a single section is 4000 mm, but it can be extended as required by using connectors
Options:
- Expandable from two to four storage cells
- Multiple lifting units can be used to optimize the cycle time
- Quantity recording by means of weighing cells
- Monitoring by means of fill quantity indicator
