Interchangeable panels are positioned at the rear of the tables for conversion to the two variants.<\/p>\n<p>At workstation 1, a rubber lip is first pneumatically inserted into an aluminum rail. The components are inserted manually and the parts are scanned by sensors.<\/p>\n<p>After the handle and device head have been inserted into the mold holders at workstation 2, the parts are detected by sensors and clamped pneumatically. A connecting bolt is automatically fed and pressed in. The joining process is force\/displacement-monitored.<\/p>\n<p>At workstation 3, the automatic screw assembly of an aluminum rail to the pre-assembled module takes place. This is done using an electric screwdriver with automatic screw feed and torque and rotation angle monitoring.
