Transfer system for clocking to different applications

The TECHTORY-rotary-storage is scalable in a grid dimension of 50 mm
Due to the grid dimension of 50 mm, the storage modules can be integrated into the cell-systems without adaptation
Protection against tampering is ensured by light barriers and possibly lateral cell elements
Due to the high accuracy and fast cycle times, the position changes in the main time may be negligible
Smooth starting and braking guarantees the parts position
Fixed divisions can be used or, if necessary, flexible divisions can also be realized with NC technology
The workpiece holders are individually adapted to the customer products
Loading is possible during the process, due to spatial separation of operator and machine
The loading and unloading height can be adapted to the ergonomic requirements depending on the component holder

Media feed-through up to the TECHTORY-rotary-storage, thus pneumatic valves, signal distributors etc. are possible on the rotary indexing table as a local field installation
Clamping device can be used pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically for the products to be processed
Installation of the TECHTORY-rotary-storage completely in the cell and access through a protective door from the TECHTORY-floor-cell.
Internal cable guides in the table column allow quick and safe routing of media to the bottom edge of the TECHTORY-rotary-storage
