Sustainable success requires considered action. That is why the promotion of young talent, social commitment and the preservation of our environment are important pillars of our daily activities.
We support associations and organizations of a charitable nature in the vicinity of our site by making donations in kind and money.
In addition, we take our obligation as a training company very seriously.
We have around 20 trainees, which is a training ratio of around 15%. For us, it is a matter of course to offer them permanent employment after they have completed their training.
We are committed to treating all environmental aspects with care.
With regard to environmental protection, we take responsibility for all our products, services and other business activities, as well as those of our suppliers and service providers, insofar as they are related to our business activities.
Even before certification according to the ISO 14001 environmental standard, we had already taken appropriate steps. Our goal is to soon achieve climate neutrality through increasingly energy-efficient processing machines and methods, electromobility, and the use of renewable energies, among other things.
