Workpiece logistics with standard part carriers

The TECHTORY-palletizing-storage is scalable in a grid dimension of 50 mm, thus the storage modules can be integrated into the cell-systems without any adaptation
The workpieces are stored in bins, stacked and fed to the storage unit with trolleys
Suitable for various bin types (small load carriers, workpiece carriers, wash bins, wire baskets, etc.) and bin sizes
The lifting unit removes the bin from the trolley and moves it to the required unloading or loading position of the workpieces
The bins or trolleys can be replaced without interrupting the process. Operator protection is guaranteed with mobile covers. Only the required storage cell is released
The trolleys are prevented from being pulled out by a safety locking device, thus ensuring process protection
The bins are automatically restacked from the unmachined parts trolley onto the finished or empties trolley
