Hard milling

With the latest generation of CNC turning and milling machining centers as well as the complete service package around manufacturing, we naturally also take over the complete machining of your workpieces.

Through the right choice of machining tools combined with optimal milling strategies, we are able to machine ferrous materials in a hardened state.

Hard milling enables dimensionally accurate finishing of molds and dies after the hardening process, significantly reducing throughput times. In particular, we machine free-form contours with ball or torus cutters in dry operations.

Depending on the material of the workpieces, we machine materials with a hardness of up to 65 HRC.
