Stainless steel switchgear cabinets were assembled for a pharmaceutical company. Optimal order processing enabled short production times to be realized. The tight delivery deadlines were met without any problems.

The assembly and wiring of the control cabinets as well as the procurement of all purchased parts and additional components were carried out according to customer specifications for this major project.
Switchgear cabinets and control panels were subjected to a 100% test before delivery. The delivery to the carrier was made in seaworthy packing.
Project scope:
- 5 power switchgear cabinets (length 4.20 m each)
- 3 PLC switchgear cabinets (length 1.20 m each)
- 6 PC switchgear cabinets
- 18 control panels
- 3 consoles
- 6 remote (I/O) consoles
- approx. 100 distribution boxes

In addition to the construction of switchgear cabinets, the modernization of switchgear cabinets should not be neglected. In most cases, older machines and installations are still in good condition mechanically, but are no longer up to date in terms of control and drive technology. This is also the case with this project. Outdated technology was replaced by new, contemporary components and technologies.
