Test benches for quality assurance of various technical products during production

To test your products at the end of the production process, we develop test benches for a wide variety of technical products and components.

All functionally relevant features are checked using appropriate measurement technology and the measurement results are recorded.

A cost-effective and user-friendly design enables rapid introduction into the production process.

On request, the test benches can be equipped with additional functions such as marking or ejection of reject parts.

Semi-automated assembly of air vents, quality control with an EOL test station

Several semi-automated workstations were combined to form an assembly line with a final testing station. Ergonomic and comfortable working conditions, various insertion aids, design based on the poka-yoke principle and a high level of work and process safety characterize the individual stations. In a final EOL test station, a functional and completeness check of the installed components is carried out; O.K. parts receive a label.

Following several semi-automated workstations, the previously assembled modules are checked for function and the complete presence of the individual components. For this purpose, the assemblies are manually inserted and moved into a drawer. Once the check has been completed, the parts are labeled with a laser and all data is archived.

For the semi-automated assembly of fresh air grills for motor vehicles, several consecutive work stations and a final test station were connected to form an assembly line. After various components have been mechanically processed in the assembly and processing stations and assembled into finished assemblies, a functional and completeness check of the installed components is carried out in the final EOL test station. Suitable camera technology tailored to the application is used for this purpose. I.O. parts are then provided with a label.
