The TECHTORY-step-feeder-storage is used for conveying and pre-sorting bulk parts
The parts are brought from the hopper to the desired conveying height by counter-rotating plates for transfer to the subsequent production step
Particularly suitable for long rotationally symmetrical parts such as shafts or screws
Step width and depth as well as conveyor height can be scaled for the respective application
The hopper size can also be adapted to the workpiece size and quantity
Various gear stages are available depending on the required conveying frequency or cycle time
Low noise development and vibration-free operation
Low filling height enables manual filling
