We economically and efficiently realize turned, turned-milled and milled parts in series and optionally their assembly into subassemblies. We see ourselves not only as a pure production company, but much more as a solution provider and development partner when it comes to series production.

Vertical turning
Reliable production of precision turned parts in large series
Vertical turning, an ideal process for turning deep-drawn, stamped semi-finished products and forgings.
The CTV-250 vertical lathes from DMG Mori that we use have outstanding features for reliable and economical series production:
- High machining accuracy
- Wear-free drive ensures highest process reliability
- Fast production cycles due to shortest chip-to-chip times
- Drag belt with a pick-up capacity of up to 40 workpieces
- Fully automatic turning gantry for workpiece transfer
- Driven tools for precise off-center drilling and milling through Y-axis
- Machinable workpiece dimensions:
- Part heights from 5 to 160 mm
- Diameter from Ø 70 to Ø 270 mm
Turning
Precision turned parts | samples, small batches, series
We manufacture turned parts as samples and in small series for a wide range of requirements.
With our modern CNC lathes we manufacture economically and precisely. Powered tools are used to produce various operations such as milling, drilling and threading.
For particularly effective series production, we use our flexible robots, developed in-house, for loading the automatic lathe.
Materials:
We machine almost all materials, from non-ferrous metals to hardened steels.

Precision, flexibility and reliability in series production are our challenge
Thanks to our modern and automated CNC machining centers, we are optimally prepared for the series production of demanding milled parts. We even produce complex free-form parts economically under series conditions.
Through clearly defined processes, we achieve short through-put times and thus offer you a strict adherence to delivery dates.
We machine almost all materials, from non-ferrous metals to hardened steels.
Possible dimensions:
Thanks to our machinery we are able to manufacture workpieces with maximum dimensions of 800 mm x 800 mm x 550 mm.
Within the framework of call-off orders, we take over the warehousing of fixtures and production parts for repeat parts and ensure a reliable supply.
