TECHTORY-table-cell

Configure your individual cell from selected, standardized modules

The TECHTORY-table-cell consists of various cell modules, columns, doors, double doors or fillings and connectors, which can be individually combined and are thus joined together to form a cell.
Due to the grid size of only 50 mm for doors, panels and connectors, the most diverse combinations are possible and there is no need to pay attention to symmetry or the like.
Due to the ergonomic height of the table, the TECHTORY-table-cell can also be used for partially automated processes, where, for example, the worker takes over loading and unloading
Magnetic solenoid interlocks in combination with additional magnets of together 1,300 N for locking the doors guarantee compliance with the specifications for guards according to the Machinery Directive. Fillers are attached with captive screws and thus also meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive
The TECHTORY-table-cell can be equipped with robots, accumulators, feeders and process modules that are placed as components in the cell without having to make adjustments to the design
Good insight into the process through large viewing windows
The stable frame construction allows in-house transport by forklift or transport crane
The base frame is made as a welded construction, which contributes to higher rigidity
Control cabinet, pneumatic distribution, etc. are located in the lower part of the TECHTORY-table-cell
The standard height is designed for truck transport with standard superstructure
The TECHTORY-table-cell can be used stand-alone or in a plant network

Switch for requesting and acknowledging the doors directly at each door
The cell can be designed to be separable for optimum utilization of the truck and internal transport. In the process, all components remain in their assembly location, which enables faster recommissioning during reassembly

Lighting modules for better illumination in the cell
For downstream processes, the solenoid interlock is converted to mechanical guard locking
Cell roof and color filter on the side, e.g. for blocking extraneous light during visual processes
