Task:

Fully automatic loading of two grinding machines with shafts, separation and robot handling

Solution:

In a TECHTORY-floor-cell with a continuous platform, a robot that can also move in the X-axis takes over the loading and unloading of two grinding machines connected at the front. These are provided by the customer.

The raw parts are manually placed in a buffer store by the worker and separated by a step conveyor from the TECHTORY storage system. The robot gripper is designed for checking the diameter of the raw parts. N.i.O. parts are discharged.

After the sanding process, the robot places the finished parts in the prisms of a modular panel conveyor belt.
