Task:

Development of an automated assembly system for the production of assemblies from difficult sheet metal parts “fastening element with support spring”.

Solution:

The individual parts “fastening element with support spring” are filled by the worker as bulk material into two vibratory bowls, separated and automatically fed into the system. After the spring plates have been fitted, they are bent into shape by means of pneumatic pressure rollers. A load cell then measures the spring force: NOK parts are rejected.
