Efficient deburring of bores and all additional burrs on planetary carriers

Solution:

Based on our TECHTORY-floor-cell with rotary indexing table, two planetary carriers are each machined simultaneously in cycle. In this process, the mounting bores of the planetary carriers are deburred in a single operation and all additional burrs are removed in the subsequent stations.

The use of our standardized products ensures an extremely economical machining process.
