Mobile human-robot collaboration: machine loading with our robo-cell

Workpiece:

Unmachined material of various dimensions

Task:

Automation of the loading of a CNC milling center under collaborative conditions.

Solution:

The machining center is loaded by a cobot that is placed on our robot platform.

The collaborative features allow close cooperation with the worker without the need for a protective enclosure. The unmachined and finished parts are picked up by a gripper with special protection properties. Opening and closing as well as clamping and releasing of the parts in the machine vice operates automatically.
