table-cell – standard cell from the TECHTORY automation modular system

Task:

Production of a standard cell from the TECHTORY automation kit for use as a robot cell.

Solution:

A variant of the cell-systems was selected from the standard program of the TECHTORY automation modular system. The desired dimensions and minor adjustments according to customer requirements were incorporated in the design and the cell was then manufactured.

Dimensions base area in mm: 1600 x 2000 x 2200
Height table surface above floor: approx. 900 mm

Customer benefits:

Stable basic construction as welding frame, full enclosure with cover, base plate with hole grid 50 mm, possibility to mount a robot on the base plate, magnetic solenoid interlock, integrated pushbuttons on one column, integrated status lighting, transport possibility with fork lift truck
