Task:

Development and construction of a test rig for testing dosing pumps (high pressure (250 bar), medium pressure, low pressure)

Solution:

The test station is equipped with five test stations, each with separate control panels and a higher-level control cabinet. The individual test stations are designed for different pump sizes and capacities, with four stations operating at low/medium pressure and one at high pressure.

The pumps to be tested are moved manually on WT carriers (trolleys) to the respective test stations and connected to the test station via hose connections. After the lines have been vented, the pumps are flushed with water and vented. An operator- or menu-guided test program then starts. Once the test is complete, it is displayed whether the pump is running within the specified parameters and the test conditions have been met. A test report is generated automatically.
